Good product …. Slow Shipping!

It took 26 days to receive my order. There were never updates to the shipping tracking. It took 3 attempts at talking to costumer service to get confirmation that the order would be processed and shipped at all. I ordered 12 days before Christmas and did not receive until teo weeks after!
